D.R.I. Dirty Rotten Imbeciles “Deep Red Surrender” Signed Skate Deck

Dirty Rotten Imbeciles are among crossover thrash’s earliest innovators. When the Houston band hit the hardcore scene in 1982, few could match their speed and chaos. In 1983, they headed to California, where D.R.I. pivoted to a heavier and more technically demanding sound inspired by Bay Area thrash. This led to a string of classic albums—Crossover, Four of a Kind, Thrash Zone—that were championed by headbangers just as passionately as they were by skate punks. Though D.R.I.’s recording schedule slowed down after 1995’s Full Speed Ahead, they’ve continued to tour and ignite mosh pits well into the 21st century.
